This project is designed to achieve a LEED® Gold Certification. Aerzen is a German pump and compressor manufacturer. The building is Aerzen's US headquarters and will house office and light manufacturing space. The building is designed as an organic structure exploring how form and color can support human activity. It includes extensive harvesting of daylight and solar energy. Natural material, including straw-bale construction, was utilized throughout the project.
